Supporting care givers in a flexible and responsive way

Are you caring for someone with Dementia or a Neurodegenerative condition? Do you need support as a care giver so that you can go to work, look for work, study or volunteer in the community?

South Burnett Care has specially trained staff to provide 1:1 support or group support in our day centres, in-home and in the community, depending on the needs of the client and care giver. We also provide support to assist with transitioning the client out of and back into the home for the day.

We work closely with carers so that support can be offered in a flexible and responsive way.
