Organisational Training Day Strengthens Skills and Community Impact

The day began with a warm welcome and Acknowledgement of Country, setting the tone for a day focused on inclusion, learning and shared purpose. Staff participated in a variety of sessions designed to build knowledge, share ideas and explore new ways of supporting clients and communities.

Throughout the day, team members received updates on service delivery and operational improvements, while also engaging in discussions on emerging topics such as cybersecurity and industry best practice. These sessions help ensure SBcare continues to deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred services.

A highlight of the event was an inspiring presentation from guest speaker Seamus Evans, who shared stories of resilience, innovation and making a difference.
