Since joining SBcare in 2018, she has played a key role in driving operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth. Kristy’s leadership experience is underpinned by her service in the Australian Defence Force and qualifications in Business Administration and Leadership and Management. As a South Burnett local, she is passionate about supporting strong, connected communities through high-quality care and support services.
