Established for over 40 years providing support to the South Burnett Community and a part of the SBcare Group.

About the role

We are looking for a person who can work in our passionate and professional team.

We are looking for people who are:

  • Passionate about supporting our community
  • Have the ability to support clients in aged care and or disability care services
  • Work in a supportive and understanding way
  • Able to perform a wide variety of client services
  • Available to work a variety of shifts
  • Have a current driver's license
  • Have a reliable car with current registration and comprehensive insurance
  • Able to qualify for a positive Police Check and Yellow/Blue Card

Working with the clients and teams to implement supports for our clients that support well-being and to meet client goals. The work can range from cleaning to personal care to social support to supported holidays and all services in between under Home Care Packages, NDIS and Day Centre Programs.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for a person who:

  • Hold a minimum Certificate III in Community Services/Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability or similar qualification or experience that may translate to this position
  • Have a current driver's license
  • Have a reliable car with current registration and comprehensive insurance
  • Able to qualify for a positive Police Check and Yellow/Blue Card
