About the business South Burnett Care provides consumer directed care packages in NDIS and Home Care Packages as well as Commonwealth Home Support Program services including in home and groups in our day centres for both aged and disability care programs. Established for over 40 years providing support to the South Burnett community.

This position is to support our business growth and diversification.

The work

Working with the clients and teams to implement supports for our clients that support wellbeing and to meet client goals. The work can range from cleaning to personal care to social

support, supported holidays and all services in between under Home Care Packages, NDIS and Day Centre Programs.

Skills and experience

The person we are looking for a person has;

  • A minimum Certificate III in Community Services/Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability or working towards this type of qualification OR has a similar qualification or experience that may translate to this position
  • A current driver's license
  • A reliable car with current registration and comprehensive insurance
  • Is able to attain a positive Police Check and Blue/Yellow Card
