Administration Support Officer

About the business South Burnett Care provides consumer directed care packages in NDIS and Home Care Packages as well as Commonwealth Home Support Program services including in home and groups in our day centres for both aged and disability care programs. Established for over 40 years providing support to the South Burnett community.

About the role

This is a new and entry level position to support our business growth and diversification and eligibility criteria will apply.

We are looking for the right person to work in our capable and dynamic administration team.

We are looking for a person who is:

 Passionate about supporting our community  A quick learner in software systems  Can multi task  Is able to work in a fast environment  Available to work Monday to Friday  Professional and caring  Displays our organisational values in their work

The work

Working with the SBcare teams to provide support on reception, managing phone, face to face and email enquiries, utilising applicable software, filing and supporting a wide range of administration functions.

Skills and experience

 The person we are looking for must be willing to work in an entry level position and learn quickly.  Is able to meet the eligibility criteria  Is able to attain a positive Police Check and Blue/Yellow Card
